Sony has recently discovered an issue affecting the “slide show with music” function in certain units of its Digital Still Camera Cyber-shot DSC-T100.
When the “slide show with music” function is used with your transferred music more than 170 seconds in length, the slide show may not play correctly, with the message “No images” appearing on the LCD screen.
This issue is caused by a problem affecting the unit’s built-in software that results in insufficient memory capacity during playback.

In its effort to ensure customer satisfaction, Sony has elected to offer a downloadable software update to owners of affected cameras. Installing the downloadable update will resolve the issue.
Sony will also offer a free repair service for customers who prefer not to perform the update. Any customers requiring this service are requested to contact Sony Support at 800-222-SONY (800-222-7669).

Coolpix S5 is an ultra-slim but strong build pocket compact digital camera from Nikon. Coolpix S10 makes some significant improvements over its predecessor, the Coolpix S4, adding image stabilization, a stronger flash, a sharper LCD, and more. The lens doesn’t extend or retract – it rotates 270 degrees relative to the monitor screen, and the camera comes with a lens cover to protect it when not in use. It’s a stylish design of this metal digicam from Nikon that fits every pocket but feels too little in big hands. Since this lens is bigger than on other compact cameras, fewer optical distortions and aberrations are to be seen on the images. Too bad it does not have manual controls; otherwise I would love this camera: excellent image quality, 10x optical zoom, vibration reduction, D-Lighting, Face-priority AF, In-Camera Red-Eye Fix, One-touch portrait button, 15 Scene modes and Pictmotion features. When using high zoom, however, the camera focuses very slow.

The Canon SD700 IS is a little bit larger than other Canon SD (Ixus) models. It is equipped with build-in flash and optical viewfinder (only 79% accuracy) at that top of the back; the buttons are located on the right side of the LCD. Like the other models from this series, it does not have shutter and aperture priority modes (but 16 other shooting modes). It features useful optical image stabilization system (with three modes, Continuous, Shoot Only, and Panning) and 4x optical zoom instead of 3x, as well as customizable “My Camera” settings. The SD700 IS reproduces the colors very well; images are sharp, free from noise (surprisingly low up to ISO 800) and artefacts, and it is also very responsive. This is everything you could want in a compact camera that makes not just decent photo, but excellent ones – maybe therefore its price is not the most competitive. DPOF (Digital Print Order Format) and PictBridge compatibility are ensured.

Most of the photo editing Software have a function called “Invert” or “Invert Colors”. This function, sometimes combined with the chage of “Hue”, gives the image irrealistic colors. By inversion of colors, all dark colors become lighten and all light colors become darker; warm colors become cold colors and vice-versa. The green usualy becomes magenta.
