This Contest is co-sponsored by Photoworkshop.com (“Photoworkshop”) and Adobe (collectively, the “Sponsors”). Deadline is on March 31, 2007 at 12pm PT (Pacific Time) and winners will be announced by e-mail and on the Internet on or around April 10, 2007. This date may change dependent upon the number of entries received. Prises worth 40,000$.

The Contestant must submit an Official Entry Form titled “Official Online Entry Form”, together with a qualifying photograph (each, an “Entry,” collectively, the “Entries”) taken by him or her in one or both of the following two categories: Lightly Manipulated and Photo Illustration. Only online entries will be accepted.
