This camera is designed to be very “proof”: Waterproof to 10m, Freezeproof to -10°C and Shockproof to falls from 1.5m. If you dive more than 10m, there is an underwater case PT-035 for this camera waterproof to 40m. It comes in three colours: dark blue, titanium grey, mocca brown, steel body.
More: BrightCapture Technology for better low light photography works even for the underwater scene modes. The manometer records the depth and altitude for each image. A small LED light on the front of the camera can be used in macro mode for photographing small objects up close; and, the lens has a coating that sheds moisture so water droplets don’t remain on the lens after you’ve returned from your swim.
Despites its “proof” capabilities, Olympus Stylus 770 SW is a compact, slim pocket camera, easy to handle, with big buttons on the back. Images are slightly soft and with quite a lot of artefacts.
