2008 Lumen Dei Tour and Workshop

The dates for the 2008 Lumen Dei Tour and Workshop have just been announced. In about one year from now – from September 15 to 27, 2008 – seven to eight participants will travel with David duChemin and Matt Brandon to Kashmir in Northern India (the trip to this a place known as Paradise on Earth is going to cost a large amount of money – USD 3200.00 complete).
They will be shooting in the chaotic streets of Old Delhi, living on a houseboat on Lake Dal in Srinagar, photographing floating vegetable markets and the Venice-like back waterways from a classic Shikara, trekking in the Himalaya (with most of your gear on ponies) and meeting and photographing the nomadic Gujjar shepherd people.
Theoretical and technical teaching, one on one time with instructors, image critiques will contribute on the quality of the resulting picture gallery.

I started photography as a hobby in 2005, during college. My passion slowly became a more important part of my life since 2008. Because of using a combination of my photographic knowledge, with those of internet marketing, I like to call myself a "photomarketer".
