Benq DC C500 Digital Camera Review

Benq DC C500 comes with a standard one year warranty battery included that has a long life, but it’s difficult to find replacement battery. It takes about 1.5 seconds to power on for shooting. Normally, this compact digital camera takes photos at 5 megapixels with the possibility to obtain even 7 megapixel images.

But, it only has a 4x digital zoom and no optical one, and, the 7MP pictures have a bad quality – are filled up with noise. By shooting against the light, you’ll get flare in your image and purple fringing.

The C500 is a stylish lightweight pocket camera with reasonable image quality, but not many features and possibilities, good to consider a nice gift for kids.

I started photography as a hobby in 2005, during college. My passion slowly became a more important part of my life since 2008. Because of using a combination of my photographic knowledge, with those of internet marketing, I like to call myself a "photomarketer".
